NEW QSC K.2 FIRMWARE
QSC has released firmware version 2.1 for the popular K.2 series active loudspeakers. The update adds three brand-new factory presets, increases the maximum room delay to 200 ms, and includes various performance improvements and bug fixes.
Three new presets:
Club — Alternative to the current Dance preset, Higher SPL, extra punch in the highs and mids for an energetic club sound.
Vox Boost — Playback and live situations with prominent vocals, increased top end in the midrange for extra vocal clarity.
Smooth — Live events or material with sharp highs, adjusted HF tonality that tempers high frequencies on all K.2 models.

Other improvements include:
• Room delay doubled – now adjustable up to 200 ms;
• Optimized protection circuit to minimize unwanted limiter activation;
• Generally improved performance and bug fixes.
